Yeah replace the dust and oil seals and run 5-10w oil in the forks. Seventh Generation VFR's. Got my 2010 VFR1200FD a couple months ago, and during that time the forks started leaking oil. I tried to fix them with a SealMate, but it just didn't work. So, time to swap out the fork seals. I've never had to do them before, but I watched a few vids. Easy enough.
